Development

What is planned to be built here.

The exhibited draft plan proposes about 5,677 homes across 524 hectares. Below is the mix of housing typically delivered in a precinct of this kind.

New release land

As the draft plan progresses, land is expected to be released in stages behind the existing township. Nothing is on the market yet.

House and land

The most common format planned for growth precincts: a titled lot paired with a builder's design under a two part contract.

Townhomes

Lower maintenance attached and compact housing is anticipated closer to the planned local town centre and open space.

Larger lots

Country town precincts typically include a share of larger lots, suited to buyers wanting space on the edge of the township.

Investment stock

New dwellings in growth precincts are often held as rentals. Modelled yields on this site are estimates only.

Staged delivery

Delivery follows enabling infrastructure. Timing depends on ministerial consideration of the plan and on servicing.
